Welcome to the home of Christchurch Boys' High School Rugby Club. 2010 promises to be another exciting year with over 400 boys making up 18 rugby teams under the expert guidance of 50 coaches and managers.
The School has a proud history of producing All Blacks. Our first coming in 1901 and since then 41 CBHS students have gone on to represent New Zealand. In this year's squad we have 4 CBHS Old Boys, Daniel Carter, Adam Thomson, Ben Franks and Owen Franks.

Just reminder to put a date in your diarie's. Tuesday August the 31st will be this year's CBHS Rugby Club Prizegiving evening. The Prizegiving will be in the School Hall from 7pm, this year the speakers will be Old Boys' Aaron and Nathan Mauger. Everyone is welcome and it would be great to get a good turn out this year.

Congratulations to CBHS students Pita Ah Sue, Martin Swart and Logan keys who were picked to represent Southern Regions against the Chiefs, Blues, and Hurricanes region this year, good luck.

Tomorrow is CBHS Club Day. All 17 teams are playing at home with HSOB Senior side also at CBHS at 2.45pm. We have 2000 bangers to get through and CTV will be taking coverage of the 1st XV v STAC at 1pm. Come down and support the School.

Congratulations to the CBHS 1st XV who defeated the Christ's College today in the Annual Interschool 25-12. Well done Boys'.

New Zealand remain the only side to lift the Junior World Championship trophy after producing a dominant display to beat Australia 62-17 at the Estadio El Coloso del Parque in Rosario. Old Boy and Captain Tyler Bleyendaal scored 28 points to help the "Baby Blacks" thrash Australia and lift the trophy.

Tomorrow the 1st XV play Christs College in the Annual Interschool. Kick off is 2.45pm and the match will be played on College Upper. Come be apart of the Blue Black Massive and support the side.
